🌿The future is fertile🌿

Hello and welcome! Great to have you here! This is a newsletter at the crossroads of two things:

  1. Making art and wildlife gardening can both change the future and change the person.

  2. Art empowers people: it can help us cope with our emotions, connect with others, and imagine a better future.

There are two subscription options: free and paid.

Who I am

I’m Jessica Maybury, a queer Irish writer, beekeeper and crafter (and art supply hoarder….) who lives in Belgium. My website is here where I make and sell handmade journals and witchy wall art pieces such as weavings and wall hangings, wall shrines and altered tins.

Free subscribers enjoy:

🐝 Art ideas & simple how tos 🐝 Poetry 🐝Beekeeping updates and insights

Nice extras for paid subscribers include:

🐝Exclusive access to early fiction drafts

🐝 Monthly art-making materials: collage pages, elements for art journaling, zines. Downloadable, high-quality image files for printing & using in your own work as you feel the need & joy to do so.

🐝 Continuing access to the ongoing instalments of All The Things We Don’t Discuss, an obviously very amazing and creepy Irish gothic novel by YOURS TRULY which you can read about here.
